Important: This website is a catalogue and enquiry service. Adding options or sending a WhatsApp/email enquiry does not place an order. A contract starts only when New Home Furniture confirms the specification, total price, trader details and delivery terms in writing and accepts the order.

About us

New Home Furniture supplies made-to-order and standard beds across the UK. Contact us at info@newhomefurniture.co.uk or through the WhatsApp button on our website. The full trader identity and geographical correspondence address will be included in the written quotation before an order is accepted or payment is requested.

Products and photographs

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Fabric shades can vary between screens, batches and lighting. Dimensions are approximate manufacturing dimensions. Please check access routes, room measurements and available drawer-opening space before ordering.

Prices and quotations

Website prices are starting prices. Options, size, fabric, delivery services and assembly can change the total. Your written quotation controls if it differs from the website. Prices include applicable taxes unless the quotation says otherwise.

Orders

Please check the written specification carefully. Changes requested after manufacturing begins may be impossible or chargeable. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect or delivery cannot safely be completed; any payment due back will be refunded.

Welcome offer

WELCOME10 gives 10% off a first order, capped at £30, once per household. It cannot be combined with another promotional code and must be quoted before the order is confirmed. Product eligibility and the discount will be confirmed in the written quotation.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or unsatisfactory goods.

Contact and complaints

Contact us promptly by email or WhatsApp with the order reference, explanation and photographs where relevant. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
