Delivery & Setup

Standard delivery

Standard UK delivery is free and normally takes 5–14 days. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed appointment unless confirmed in writing. We will normally contact you at least one day before delivery.

Urgent delivery

Where available, 3–5 day urgent delivery costs an additional £50 and must be confirmed before ordering.

Access

You must tell us about stairs, narrow doors, restricted parking, lifts or other access issues before ordering. Carrying to one flight of stairs costs £10 where safe access is available. Additional access requirements must be agreed in advance.

Assembly and removal

Divan assembly is available for £30. Old-bed removal is available from £35–£40 when agreed before delivery. Items for removal should be hygienic, dismantled where requested and safe to handle.

Missed delivery

An additional charge may apply where delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, access information was inaccurate or the premises are unsafe. We will explain any charge before rearranging delivery.

Responsibility

Please inspect the goods at delivery and report visible damage immediately. Risk passes on delivery to you or a person you nominate, subject to your statutory rights.
