New Home Furniture is responsible for personal information used to answer enquiries and fulfil orders. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@newhomefurniture.co.uk.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, product choices, communications, order and payment records, delivery information and any complaint or return details.

Why we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, take payment, provide customer service, prevent fraud, keep legally required records and manage disputes. Our legal bases may include steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent where required.

Sharing

We share information only where necessary with delivery teams, manufacturers, payment providers, professional advisers, IT/service providers and public authorities where legally required. WhatsApp and your email provider process information under their own privacy terms when you choose those channels.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become orders are normally retained for up to 12 months. Transaction and accounting records may be kept for up to six years after the relevant financial period, or longer where required for a legal claim.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent. Contact us first so we can respond. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Security and changes

We use reasonable measures to protect information and limit access. We may update this notice when our services or legal duties change.
